Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Learn a simple tool built right into your body to resolve pain, anxiety, stress, and issues holding you back. "Tapping", also called EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) [similar to Thought Field Therapy, TFT, used by medical professionals], is a methodology of tapping on pressure points to activate the body's meridians and clear energetic blocks. EFT is based on the traditional Chinese practice of acupuncture. Tapping on pressure points helps clear and optimize the electrical flow through the body. (Most people are aware that we're electrical beings, but we're just not used to thinking of ourselves that way. Yet everyone knows that if your heart stops, they use electrical paddles to send a surge of energy through heart muscles to jump start your heart into beating again. Tapping is based on the idea that without good electrical flow within our bodies we cannot be as healthy, happy, and energetic as we otherwise could be. EFT is a simple technique that utilizes major points in the body to trigger health, relaxation, and wellbeing. I teach you quick techniques that you will practice and can use almost anywhere in fewer than 5 minutes to feel better, have more energy, recharge and decompress. You'll also learn how to customize techniques to begin releasing old habits, pain, and things from your past.
